There are many ancient Scriptures that reference courtroom corruption. Prosecutors are often persecutors, breaking moral and legal laws to convict the innocent by slandering them in court--the place that honesty should matter most.
As someone who spent more than one year wrongfully incarcerated, I witnessed so much evil within the injustice and prejudicial system. The greatest enemy of a lie is the truth, and I was fortunate enough to have a Bible on-hand while I was confined.

Exodus 23:1-3: “Do not spread false reports. Do not help a guilty person by being a malicious witness. Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd, and do not show favoritism to a poor person in a lawsuit." 23:6-9: "Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits. Have nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent or honest person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds those who see and twists the words of the innocent. Do not oppress a foreigner; you yourselves know how it feels to be foreigners, because you were foreigners in Egypt."
Jeremiah 5:26-28: “Among my people are the wicked who lie in wait like men who snare birds and like those who set traps to catch people. Like cages full of birds, their houses are full of deceit; they have become rich and powerful and have grown fat and sleek. Their evil deeds have no limit; they do not seek justice. They do not promote the case of the fatherless; they do not defend the just cause of the poor."
Proverbs 22:22-23: "Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the LORD will take up their case and will exact life for life."
Isaiah 29:20-21: "The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down—those who with a word make someone out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and with false testimony deprive the innocent of justice."
Isaiah 59:3-9: "For your hands are stained with blood, your fingers with guilt [writing and typing false indictments]. Your lips have spoken falsely, and your tongue mutters wicked things. No one calls for justice; no one pleads a case with integrity [public defenders and lawyers are as guilty as the district attorneys]. They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil. They hatch the eggs of vipers and spin a spider’s web. Whoever eats their eggs will die, and when one is broken, an adder is hatched. Their cobwebs are useless for clothing; they cannot cover themselves with what they make [when they are exposed, they cannot cover their lies]. Their deeds are evil deeds, and acts of violence are in their hands. Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways. The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace. So justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but all is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in deep shadows."
Amos 5:7: "You twist justice, making it a bitter pill for the oppressed. You treat the righteous like dirt."
Amos 5:10: "There are those who hate the one who upholds justice in court and detest the one who tells the truth."
Amos 5:12: "For I know how many are your offenses and how great your sins. There are those who oppress the innocent and take bribes and deprive the poor of justice in the courts."
Micah 7:3-4: "Both their hands are equally skilled at doing evil! Officials and judges alike demand bribes, and the powerful dictate what they desire--together they scheme to twist justice. Even the best of them is like a brier; the most honest is as dangerous as a hedge of thorns..."
