MAY THE STRENGTH BE WITH YOU
For starters, it's good to have a body that can be in motion. "A body in motion tends to stay in motion."
Due to mental restrictions, we often don't see how great we have it physically (compared to quadriplegics, or anyone who suffers a physical catastrophe).
Setbacks are the name of the game for the whole human race, but I believe the body to be a Temple that must be taken care of. Feed it right, and use it right!
Get the most out of it!
INGREDIENTS (Restrictor Plates)
Proceed with caution when picking up what have been voted as the most popular food items. There can be more debris than you think. Many of the grocery aisles should have their unhealthy foods cleared, with red flags in front of the lanes that carry such product placement. The Produce section should always have the green waving.
READ BEFORE YOU PROCEED. INGREDIENTS MATTER. WHAT YOU HAVE ON YOUR PLATE CAN RESTRICT YOUR PERFORMANCE.
Oil and water don't mix, and neither should anything else mix with your water intake. A good friend once told me that it takes dozens upon dozens of cups of pure water to flush out one cup of Coca-Cola.
Racers love to be fast, but fast food can be a detriment to the body and its performance. It tastes great, and the habit of fast food was one that I could never break (no matter how much I tried and prayed). We trust God's perfect timing for an addiction to break, and I was given just enough strength to wean off of a lifelong problem.
It took months and months of driving past drive-thrus, in cities which seemed to be "Fast Food Capitals of The World."
I have faith that the food companies will use organic ingredients to make fast food healthy one day—for now, I respectfully stay away.
I like to go all out when it comes to my health these days, so I don't shy away from putting the best in.
While developments are constantly being made, I recommend loading up your Amazon cart with what you feel is best.
Supplementing can truly SPEED up your results for weight loss and muscle gains.
Not a believer. All it has ever done has made me drowsy, and put me into a horrible mental state.
For good reason, however; to show people that mental illness is caused by mistreatment of fellow human beings. If some people weren't so harsh in how they behave toward others, a lot less scarring would be done.
Beyond that, it is SPIRITUAL.
Many so-called doctors are improperly judgemental.
I thank the ones who help with the physical injuries that all of us suffer, but I've been to places where the patients are treated only a little better than cattle to the slaughter.
I enjoy using resistance bands to break through personal limitations that once slowed me down. They are a great way to work on your complete and total body (Temple).
Though I haven't given up on all of the companies that poison their customers (because enough powerful voices have not yet called out to them), bad nutrition is a case of murder-suicide.
It's murder by the companies who sell it, and suicide by their customers. Many times, it is unknowing suicide. Like many, I was practically raised on fast food.
Though it's a divine blessing to have food and convenience together (look around to see how many are suffering due to improper nutrition), I choose to keep it clean when it goes outward to inward.
